Thanks for stopping by. We know visiting a new church can be intimidating. We're here to make your first visit as simple and comfortable as possible.
What is the service like?
Our worship service includes prayer, singing, the Lord's Supper, and a teaching from the Bible. Because we try to follow the practice of the early Church, some parts of our worship may look a little different than what you're used to. Don't worry—everything is simple and easy to follow.
Congregational Singing
One of the first things visitors notice about our service is that we worship without instruments. We invite you to join us in praising God with the instrument He gave you: your voice. Not a great singer? Don't worry. God cares about your heart, not your pitch.
The Lord's Supper
Each Sunday, we remember Jesus' death by sharing bread and grape juice, tangible reminders of His body and His blood.
Giving
We take up a donation from the congregation to support the work of the church. Visitors are not expected to give and should feel no pressure to do so.
Bible Message
The preacher will walk through a passage of the Bible, explaining what it meant to its original audience and exploring what it means for our lives today.
What should I wear?
We don't have dress code. Feel free to wear whatever you normally wear. You'll see people in everything from jeans and a t-shirt to suits and dresses. We're just glad you're here.
Will I be singled out?
You'll be welcomed, but not singled out. You may be greeted with a handshake, a hug, or even an invitation to lunch, but we will never put you on the spot.
What about my kids?
Jesus welcomed children, and so do we. During worship service, we offer a special children's worship for kids ages 8 months through 2nd grade.
